I've recently been going to the Austin Mic Exchange and I'm loving what I'm seeing. It's growing into Austin's stage for discovering new 512 based rappers, singers, DJs, producers, and performance groups. Austin Mic Exchange (AMX) is hosted at the Spider House ballroom just north of the University of Texas campus. Signups open at 830 then from 9-11 PM on Wednesday nights.
